Quick one – poured this heart this morning. My first decent example of getting something nice on the top of my coffee after nearly 2 months since getting my gear….very happy indeed with this!
art looks good, are you using a device to achieve the cut? Also are you straight pouring your milk? best results can be achieved when you don’t interfere with the milk going into the cup, Is that a latte or a FW? A latte should be in a glass technically?
Also re your espresso’s what is your extraction time? The optimum time for extraction is 27sec.
Ask Dad about the temperature mat that he doesn’t use for his milk heating,k they are good devices, nice and accurate, professional in origin
