		<description>art looks good, are you using a device to achieve the cut? Also are you straight pouring your milk? best results can be achieved when you don&#039;t interfere with the milk going into the cup, Is that a latte or a FW? A latte should be in a glass technically? 

Also re your espresso&#039;s what is your extraction time?  The optimum time for extraction is 27sec. 

Ask Dad about the temperature mat that he doesn&#039;t use for his milk heating,k they are good devices, nice and accurate, professional in origin
